Christian Adams, an attorney with the Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division who resigned rather than comply with the Department's ruling that he not respond to the U.S. Civil Rights Division's subpoenas to testify about the dismissal of the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party in Philadelphia, tells all in the Washington Times.
