If while clearing his throat, Dmitry Medvedev creates a sound similar to sanctions, the murmur is hailed as a monumental step forward in American-Russian ice-breaking, a quantifiable vindication of both President Obama’s Russian reset policy and his engagement approach to defanging Iran. But what about something like this:
Russia on Thursday said it would continue military cooperation with Iran amid widespread unease in the West over Moscow’s controversial contract to sell advanced anti-aircraft missiles to Tehran.
