The American Civil Liberties Union of Minnesota said it will file suit today against a publicly funded charter school, alleging that it is promoting the Muslim religion and that it is leasing school space from a religious organization, the Muslim American Society of Minnesota, without following state law.
[We need unencumbered school vouchers so parents decide where their kids go. The state wouldn't be promoting anything: the parents would be choosing as they saw fit. Anything less and you get this kind of nonsense.
Has it occurred to any of the ACLU geniuses that prohibiting government funds going to any religious school is state 'promotion' of atheism? {said the atheist}]
