But don't worry, the announcer proclaims that "according to the shari'a and the law, it is forbidden to obtain a nuclear bomb." MEMRI translates [snip]

Thanks to the voiceover, I gather we can all relax. They will only respond to aggression, like, say, the existence of Israel.
