Also true {but amazingly not mentioned}: the young-voter increase of roughly 8% in '08 was exactly mirrored by a ~8% decrease in voter turn out of senior registered Republicans who stay home in disgust, having no one to vote for {i.e., the election of '08 was handed any Democrat candidate when the media and Republican rhinos succeeded in making McCain the Republican candidate.}]
